  • Letting Go of the Mask.

    One of the first things which comes with a neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, OCD) diagnosis is an awareness of how the person has been “masking” or changing who they are to blend in with the neurotypical culture. Part of neurodivergent therapy is identifying how the person is masking and how they can be themselves while living in a world that was not designed for them.

  • Practical Tools for Focus. (not just a planner)

    Every person with ADHD has tried countless planners and other tools to try and increase focus while getting things done without ADHD paralysis. Our neurodivergent therapy includes finding the tools that actually work and a plan on how to use them.

  • Rhythm, Brush Strokes, and Dopamine Hits.

    Music, painting, and other expressive arts modalities have been shown to help with focus, decrease anxiety, and get the dopamine to an ADHD brain that gets things done. This is why we try to include as much of the expressive arts in our therapy that we can!
